Everything is normal, they get the email notification, click on the link and then the page times out trying to open the Pickup. Even if I access the Drop off through "Show All Drop-offs", I also get the same timeout. In the httpd log, I see this error "(70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client x.x.x.x:61220] AH01075: Error dispatching request to". Other pickups work fine, it is just a handful of them that have this issue. The "max_execution_time" as set by ZendTo is the default "28800". This I believe is in seconds as per the PHP documentation, so I doubt this is ever reached.
