[ZendTo] ANNOUNCE: ZendTo APT repo finally fixed

Hi folks,

I have finally fixed the apt repository on the zend.to website.
I wiped it and rebuilt it using totally different tools.

Please note that all the steps required to setup the repo on
https://zend.to/apt.php
have changed, so please ensure you do at least steps 2 and 3 on that 
page to install the new version of the repo correctly.
