[ZendTo] user upload error

Longshot here, but I ran into a similar issue once with my Zend server.
The cause was a DNS A record or CNAME (can't recall clearly). The DNS
record did not match the 'serverRoot' setting in the preferences.php file.
Example:
- In preferences.php the serverRoot setting was https://myzend.example.com
.
- CNAME was configured to point zend.example.com to myzend.example.com.
- Users who accessed https://myzend.example.com did not have an issue
- Users who browsed to https://zend.example.com encountered weird issues
like yours.
Long story short, make sure DNS and serverRoot in preferences.php match.
Good luck,
Glenn
