[ZendTo] Unable to setup SAML with Azure

I keep getting the following error :  SimpleSAML\Error\Error: UNHANDLEDEXCEPTION

And even after running the shell script , it won't generate the metadata file . Apache has full permissions on the folder. Can somebody help?
