As of now, it simply says "one of the recipients has picked up your drop-off!" in the e-mail but doesn't provide the e-mail address/name of who the recipient was. We must have this information in these e-mails as well as receive a notification for each recipient that picks up the file since we often send to multiple contractors we are working with and must ensure that they all each downloaded the file. I know this might be possible in the Web GUI, but we must have this information in an e-mail and for each recipient that picks up the file including who it was. I can't see a relevant setting in preferences.php either. I've just done a test to multiple recipients and, in the pickup email, I see: "The file "test.txt" was picked up by [email address of the person who picked it up]." Digging into this a bit more, the template for the email is templates/pickup_email_html.tpl The pertinent code is: {if $showIP} {t escape=no 1=$filename|escape}The file "%1" was picked up.{/t}

{capture assign="remote_t"}{if $hostname eq $remoteAddr}{$remoteAddr|escape}{else}{$hostname|escape} ({$remoteAddr|escape}){/if}{/capture} {t escape=no 1=$whoWasIt|escape 2=$remote_t}%1 made the pick-up from %2.{/t}
