[ZendTo] Sorry I tried 5 times

The only thing I see in the /var/log/zendto.log is

Upload Error: USERNAME UnKnown upload error

I also checked that the /var/zendto folders are writable.

When I start the upload I can see the numbers counting up as if an actual transfer is happening.

Thanks!

Are  there any errors in the zendto logs?

CAUTION: This email originated from outside your organization. Exercise caution when opening attachments or clicking links, especially from unknown senders.
BTW: I do see the browser take some time to upload a large file as if the transfer is working.

It only errors out when getting to the “scanning for viruses” which I assume is a CLAMAV error.

Could anyone offer any insight as to how to fix this?

Thanks!

I am setting up a newly rebuilt Zendto server using Ubuntu 21.10.

I it somewhat working but when I upload a file I get an error that reads…

“Sorry, I tried 5 times to send a section of one of your files but the transfer never succeeded”.

Just before this I see “scanning for viruses”.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!
