[ZendTo] Home tab not working for me

Hello all -

I just rebuilt my ZendTo server and on the main page clicking on the "Home" tab in the upper left doesn't change the screen -- the Username and Password boxes along with the Login button still appear.

I was expecting them to go away, but the page seems to be locked on the "Login" tab.

Did I miss a setting somewhere?
