[ZendTo] Upgrade Not Working

I ran through the upgrade script using the YUM command and rebooted the server, but it still shows we're running 6.11-2 instead of 6.13-3. There were no failures when the update command was ran and after the reboot, I ran the command again and it's showing no packages marked for upgrades. Any suggestions?
