[ZendTo] Migrating current drop-offs to a new Zend.to server

If you run
     /opt/zendto/sbin/cleanup.php --no-purge
then it should do the database schema upgrades for you, without deleting
any expired drop-offs (which if you're trying this out, you won't want
to do).

This is normally done automatically as part of the RPM/DEB package
upgrade process.
It is also done as part of the routing nightly run of cleanup.php. So if
you didn't do it that day, it would be done for you by the next day.

Cheers,
Jules.
