[ZendTo] User uploading file, gets error about uploading directory

I have a user trying to upload a file and he is constantly getting an error about uploading a directory. Based on the screenshot he sent, he is trying to upload a single jpg file using a Mac and the Chrome browser.

I know I’ve seen this a long time ago in the past, but I can’t remember what the fix is other than have the user switch browsers or clearing cookies and cache for our ZendTo site.

He did report success after two attempts using Safari instead of Chrome.
