I’d have thought it’s linked with the same issue as the previous error — that you don’t have the correct php modules installed.

Looking at the install script, you need the following modules:

common,cli,sqlite3,mysql,readline,ldap,gd,curl,json,xml,intl,enchant,imap,mbstring,sodium

I’m guessing the missing one here is php7.x-mbstring.
