[ZendTo] Free SSL Certificate Authority Recommendations for ZendTo

I use Let's Encrypt, with Dehydrated (it's on github) to manage/renew it.
Then I have osync jobs (as a Dehydrated post-renew hook) which distribute
the certs where they need to go.
