[ZendTo] Download as zip fails

ZendTo Version 5.21-2.  When a user selects "DownloadAll Files as a Zip" they get an error: "This site cannot be reached  The webpage at...might be temporarily down or it may have moved...   err_invalid_response".  I'm going to dig through the logs but thought I would post the question here in case anyone knows a quick fix.  Thanks!
