[ZendTo] Can't upload file

Can I get some help troubleshooting this error message? When attempting 
to drop off files, we get, "Sorry, I failed to drop-off your files! Note 
that you cannot drop-off directories, only files."

I was trying to upload a single MS Word Doc.
