[ZendTo] support for x-forwarded-for headers

I do the same. My notes indicate I have edited rpaf.conf
to replace
   RPAFproxy_ips 127.0.0.1 ::1
with
  RPAFproxy_ips 10.11.12.13\nRPAFheader X-Forwarded-For

where 10.11.12.13 is address of my proxy.
