[ZendTo] Restricting access by LDAP group membership in version 5.15-1 does not work

Hi, everybody.
Restricting access by LDAP group membership in version 5.15-1 does not
work. When enabling this restrictions, the banner is displayed that says "
Authorization Failed. Sorry, you are not authorized to use this service."
but it is still possible to execute Drop-off (and other).
