Sorry, thumped Send to early...

You won't see anything in the log files, as the files never made it to 
the ZendTo server.

Sending 1 file at a time will have kept the max upload size below 4GB, 
at which point IE11 stands a better chance of working. Particularly if 
someone is using the compatilibity settings in IE11. Someone using IE11 
in an organisation would have absolutely no idea if their organisation 
was doing this or not. The best answer by far is "don't use IE, use 
anything better".
