[ZendTo] ClamAV fail

If this is clamav from EPEL then the 0.100.1 packages were only released 
in the last couple of days so I think it is likely someone or something 
has updated your clamav packages recently. In any case clamav must have 
been updated since July 9th which is when 0.100.1 was released.
