[ZendTo] Drop-off Request Email

I have zendto 5.11.1 rpm installed on a Red Hat 6 server. When a user sends
a drop-off request to an external user who does not have a login they also
forward the email about sending files before drop-off request arrives. It
looks like below:



The request for a Drop-off has been sent to Tom at EMAILADDR. It is valid
for 24 hours.

If the recipient wants to send files to you before their request arrives,
they should

   1. Go to *Link to my server*
   2. Select "Drop-off Files"
   3. Enter the request code "000 000 000"
   4. Click on the "Next" button

You may close this window.


If the user tries to use the link in this email they are taken to the login
page but do not get the option to "Drop-off Files"


What setting controls this?
