[ZendTo] ANNOUNCE: Version 5 public beta available

Yay!
Please can you send the translation errors to me (Jules at Zend.To), and 
I'll send them to the nice guy who did the translation for me, for him 
to confirm he agrees. (My own "schoolboy French" is rather too rusty 
these days... :)

Personally I would have gone for SQLite rather than MySQL, it's just 
*so* much less hassle as it all auto-creates itself.
