[ZendTo] Re-enable auto-delete in ZendTo 4.11

Is crond running?
Are there still jobs in /etc/cron.d/zendto ?

Are there any message in the application log indicating a problem?
Are there any historic messages in the log of the form:
   Info: drop-off removal complete for claimID EsJE3Z....
