[ZendTo] Unable to authenticate with AD

Can you do an LDAP search from that machine to your AD?  If you ccan then connecting to AD is working.  If not then you have a connectivity issue between your zendto box and AD

Have you read http://zend.to/activedirectory.php yet? If not, I would strongly advise it.
