[ZendTo] Unable to authenticate with AD

I did the following setting as per given instruction but not able to authenticate with AD.  Kindly help us to fix this issue.

'authenticator'             => 'AD',
  'authLDAPBaseDN1'           => 'OU=team,OU=india,DC=test,DC=com',
