[ZendTo] PDF Problems after Update

I noticed my Zend To server was in need of updates including PHP 7.1. I updated everything and now it won't properly process PDF files. I switched back to 7.0 and it still doesn't work, so it may not be a PHP issue.

It attaches the file in the initial dialog box just fine, but then after the upload scan, the message "
Upload Error
You must choose at least one file to drop-off. Use the back button in your browser to go back and fix this omission before trying again."

appears. It also says "No files in the drop-off.. something is amiss!"

And the from says "() from on"



I made sure all the preferences are updated.

I haven't found anything in the logs yet, but still looking.
