I reported the same issue a month or two ago. Ended up having to hard code the server root URL in the template file.

Hi Jules,
Thanks for that – we already have ‘serverRoot’ set which appears to work for the initial drop off email, it’s just the reminder emails it doesn’t seem to be working for.
Thanks,

Craig,
You need to set the setting
'serverRoot'
in preferences.php.
The upgrade_preferences_php should have shown you that this was a new setting it had added.
It is mentioned in the ChangeLog for 4.25-3, which was where I introduced it.
Sadly I could not find any reliable way of deducing the server's root URL from within the nightly cron job that sends out the reminders. From the web site code, it's easy (the end user's web browser will tell you if no one else does!). But not from a cron job.
Cheers,
Jules.

Hello all,
When our drop off reminder emails go out, they don’t appear to have the{$zendToURL} prepended to ‘pickup.php?claimID={$claimID}&claimPasscode={$claimPasscode}&emailAddr=__EMAILADDR__’ only the ‘pickup.php?claimID={$claimID}&claimPasscode={$claimPasscode}&emailAddr=__EMAILADDR__’ string is shown in the email. The initial drop off email has the full ‘{$zendToURL}pickup.php?claimID={$claimID}&claimPasscode={$claimPasscode}&emailAddr=__EMAILADDR__’ string in the email.
I’ve checked dropoff_email.tplbut I can’t see anything obviously wrong.
I’ve attached to screenshots to show the issue in detail.
Kind Regards,
