[ZendTo] rpm package

Hi

It is /var/zendto but there is no html files or php files so web page doesn't show up.

In the past, zendto rpms installed to /opt/zendto.  Now, I think it's still the same, but some (writable) parts are moved to /var/zendto.

Also, new installations don't use mysql (though I'm sure you can set it up) and use sqlite3 by default.
