[ZendTo] Update apache

Paul,
I've spent about a day and a half trying to get this to work, but the
version of PHP shipped with Ubuntu 12 will *not* build against Apache
2.4. Sorry, endless things fail to compile due to changes in Apache's API.
Sorry about that.
My best advice would be to build a new box from scratch on Ubuntu 16 and
migrate your data and settings there.
(I don't know how trustworthy/reliable Ubuntu's 12->14->16 upgrade
process is!)
