[ZendTo] Upload error

1. After much difficulty I finally installed but I am unable to dropoff a
file. Here is what I have done so far

Installed clam - log getting created in Clamav directory
connected to MySQL,
inserted 2 user user A and user b in the usertable using sql with 2 MB quota
now loggin in as user A to
sending the file to User B
and I get this error.

Upload Error

Unable to add a dropoff record to the database, please notify the
administrator.
===============
No files in the dropoff... something is amiss!=====

What can be the problem??  Please help!
