[ZendTo] Infrastructure Setup

Hello,

I am just trying to gather info on ideal hardware setup for the zendto application.  I am running it in a VM but need to see what tweaks I can do to make sure speed and reliability based on having 50-100 users at a time.
My existing setup:
Centos 6.6
2 vCPU
4GB ram
150GB drive (which is thin provisioned)

Also if there any mysql / php tweaks anyone can share
