[ZendTo] automatic replies from recipients not going to person who dropped off file

If one of our users drops off a file for someone out side of our organization, and that recipient has an auto-reply in place (such as a vacation rule), the reply ends up coming back to me as the administrator rather than the user who dropped off the file.  I assume I am missing something obvious, but how do I tell ZendTo to direct emails to the sender instead of me?
