You could easily write a little script that did a "DELETE FROM" sql 
command on the addressbook table when the username matched the one 
you're looking for. Then tie that to a separate web page with a "delete" 
button on it. It would be awkward to fit into the main ZendTo interface, 
as it doesn't really have anywhere to go.

To be honest, I'm not convinced people would actually want it done very 
often. So even a manual script run by you on request may well be enough.
