The file is auto-deleted a number of days after the file is first
posted. You cannot auto-delete the file immediately after the download,
as there is no way for the server to be sure that the recipient has
successfully received the file and that the download did not fail for
some reason.
I'm afraid you're asking for the impossible.
If there is only 1 recipient, then the recipient can choose to delete
the file before the normal 30 (or whatever you configure) days have
passed. But you can easily remove that button from the interface to stop
them being able to do that.
