[ZendTo] Released 4.12-4 with last remaining bug fix

Provided I haven't introduced any new problems on the way, I have just 
fixed the last remaining known bug in 4.12.

So please can those who can test this for me please do so, and let me 
know if it all works.

If you have modified the template files at all, note there is an 
important change (a "1" to a "0" in dropoff_email.tpl). Otherwise your 
emails will skip the first file in each dropoff.
