[ZendTo] Configure recaptcha version 2 on Zendto.

Hello All!
I Have Zendto Version 4.08 | 2015
all is Up and running the only issue is the recaptcha which is the new
version 2, this is the error:
Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to ssl://www.google.com:443
(Connection timed out) in /opt/zendto/www/recaptchalib.php on line 110
so my question is: how do I configure reCaptcha version 2 with Zendto v
4.08?
