[ZendTo] {Disarmed} Unauthenticated file pickups not sending pickup confirmation email

We’re having an issue where an unauthenticated user picks up a file that the authenticated user drops off, they sender doesn’t get the notification email.  Authenticated users picking up the file does send the email.

Everything works as far as the pickup goes, just no notification email is sent.
This is the page after the file has been downloaded by an unauthenticated account.
