[ZendTo] Feature request: verbose logging on pickups

Any chance on getting more verbose logging on files when they are picked up in the zendto.log?  Or is that feature already there and I am missing that?

If there was a log entry indicating the claim ID, the email address of the person that dropped the file off, and the IP that picked it up, those details in the log could be used to generate other custom stats also.

Like if you wanted to generate a list of activity on a specific internal person, or IP that is picking files up.

We have a 5 day window on drop-offs, and we get requests 30 days later here and there asking for confirmation their file was picked up.   I know there are confirmation emails, but it would be nice if we could just check the logs to see.
