[ZendTo] Released 4.11-7 minor update

I've just released 4.11-7 with a few minor updates from the stable 
4.11-6 release.

- Works better with 1 AD forest.
- Comments improved in preferences.conf.
- SQLite3 support works much better with PHP 5.4.
- Fixed SQLite3 bug causing logging of errors in Apache error_log.

You'll need to either
     yum update zendto
or
     apt-get update ; apt-get upgrade zendto
depending on your Linux distro.

Or else you can download a new version directly from
     http://zend.to/downloads.php
