[ZendTo] Notification if files largen then 2GB will be uploaded IE

Hello,

I understand that some browsers simply cannot upload files larger then 2GB like Internet Explorer 8 or 9 in the 32-bit edition.
My problem though is that when I'm trying to upload files that big with such e.g. IE8 I do not get a notification telling me that the file is too big. On chrome for example, I do get a notification. Is there a way I can enable it for all browsers?
