Sorry for the long delay in replying, I've been in hospital for a bit 
(and have to go back in again in a couple of weeks).

Please read http://zend.to/phpini.php as it's all documented there.

Unless you rebuild your PHP library libphp5.so, you will find that 
64-bit uploads won't work.
