[ZendTo] Unique recipient address

For future releases, should be great to implement a recipient list check 
in order to delete duplicated email addresses and ensuring an unique 
recipient. Now the application let to send "n" times the same mail to the 
same recipient. Malicious people could use this hole for "block" users 
being possible to block the mail server too if the IP address become a 
member of any global mailing blacklist.
