[ZendTo] Error on pickup: could not open socket

Running ZendTo Version 4.10 on Ubuntu VM.  Users who try to pickup files get this error "Could not open socket" after getting past the Captcha.  It has been working fine for quite some time and I haven't made any changes, so I'm not sure why it is doing this all of a sudden.  Any ideas how to fix this?
