Bad ZendTo. It makes a lot of sense to run as a subdirectory. We run about
5 other tools off one hostname. Works very well and we only need one ssl
cert.

If you set the preferences.php setting to make the local subnet something
impossible so it can't match, then this extra "quick login" box won't
appear so you'll be able to work around the problem until I can find a fix.

works fine but the gray login button does not work correctly.
