Jules,
Thank you for your tips, I've
discovered the issue with the notification email was that I needed to
set the email host relay server to be the IP address instead of the full domain name.
Thanks.

Thanks Jules, modifying the login page worked great!!
Now, I have Zendto up and running, I can create users, login as the user the I'm able to send a file to somebody outside our organization and they can download the file OK so this woks great, now if I login as a user and send a request to a user outside our organization to send me a file, they click on the link that they get on the email, choose? the file to upload and when they click
DROPOFF FILES icon the get the error shwn below, any idea? thanks again.

Upload Error
You must be logged in as a My Company user in order to drop-off a file for a non-Fusion UV System user.
?
Return to the ZendTo main menu to log in and then try again.

You've probably got the setting 'emailDomainRegexp' wrong, that's the
mostly common cause of this error.

If your company's domain name is MyCompany.com then you should set it to:
? ?  'emailDomainRegexp' => '/^([a-zA-Z\.\-]+\.)?mycompany\.com$/i',

Jules.

I looked through the changelog and don't see a fix related to this.

We are still running 3.70 on our production Zendto box.

Was reported today that any dropoffs that have a % symbol in the filename causes Zendto to send the pickup email with no body.

Is this a known bug that was fixed in a later version?

This was the filename that caused the issue "removed 111222-53230 (BBBB - removed 0.1%) 20110204.zip"

Or is there something I can easily modify to account for having % signs in filenames?

First time this has come up, so it must not be used in filenames much here.

Thanks

You should get an email if that box was ticked in the "New Dropoff" page
when you created the dropoff.

I've just tested this on a recent installation of mine and it appears to
work just fine.
So I would say this problem has been fixed. A lot of things have changed
since 3.70.
