Hey Jules,

To make your life's little less stressful, why don't you post on your website, exactly what users need to look out for when performing an upgrade. I think you have addressed this several times. Most people are just not sure what files needs to be backed up and which files stays untouched during an upgrade. Something on the website explaining this will help out others and yourself.
