[ZendTo] Upgrading ZendTo (Ubuntu 64-bit, apt-get)

Hi,

I have a 64-bit Ubuntu-based (apt-get) install of 4.06 with PHP modified
for >2GB files and some template customisations (colours and logos).

Running apt-get update / upgrade is encouraging me to update ZendTo - is
this safe to do and/or are their any precautions/gotchas i need to know
about?

Should I consider making a copy of /opt/zendto (and anything else?) prior
to trying this?
