[ZendTo] Migrate from CentOS 5.7 to CentOS 6.0

Is there a HOW TO on moving from CentOS 5.x to CentOS 6?
 
I'm presuming that I need to:
dump/import the mysql the database
 
copy the /opt/zendto/config/preferences.php
copy the /opt/zendto/config/zendto.conf
copy the /opt/zendto/config/templates/   <Custom files>
 
copy the http SSL certificate
 
copy /var/zendto/* 
 
Anything else?
