I am in the same boat.  Tried and tried to get the VMWare hard drive converted with no success.  Built an Ubuntu VM and got it mostly working, but my Active Directory authentication isn't working and I never got SQLite or MySQL working.  A Hyper-V VHD would be most welcome.

Anyone have a hyper-v port of the VMware zendto appliance?  I cannot get the VMware image to come up and I have been unsuccessful in building my own Zendto server with Ubuntu.
