If that's the way you're going to do it, make sure you allow for apache to look there in SELinux, or turn it off. IIRC, Ubuntu has SELinux on by default, but I'm a Red Hat kinda guy....

I think you're going to need to configure your apache server to look in the /opt/zendto tree - on CentOS it's /etc/httpd/httpd.conf. IIRC, it's /etc/apache2/... on Debian (and derivatives) .

Subject: [ZendTo] setup
Initial setup in Ubuntu and I am missing something. When I go to http://your.site.com/about.php there is nothing there. If I browse to /var/www via SSH the directory is empty. I tried to copy /opt/zendto to /var/www but that doesn't work. It fails with Warning: require(../config/preferences.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/about.php on line 31 Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '../config/preferences.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/about.php on line 31.
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Todd
