One final issue with my Ubuntu setup:

I have setup the site to redirect to https:// and this works OK

If a guest goes through the process of requesting validation to drop off a
file, after entering name, organisation, email address and the CAPTCHA,
when they press 'Send Confirmation' Zendto goes away for a few seconds and
then comes back with a white screen that says 'cannot open socket'. If,
however, the validation process is then repeated it goes through OK the
second time.

Any thoughts?
