[ZendTo] Local IP and Request Code

I have two questions regarding two new features:

1. localIPSubnets
==> Users coming from here will be considered "local" which  can be used to
affect the user interface they get.
My understanding is that user can go to "login" page if he/she is "local"
users. But I can't see any difference after local ip added.

2. Request code
Should it be more easier to dictate over phone If use *digits *instead. (eg.
5 digits. I think it is secure enough)
